Below are download links to a test version of Electrum-XRC. Electrum-XRC is an Electrum fork to help those who wish to store and manage their wallets independently, without the use of the web wallet.
Currently, there is only the Windows and macOS versions. Other platforms will come soon.
The builds are for testnet and is for portable use. This means that data files will be stored alongside the executable.
After downloading, you might have to make an exception in your anti-virus software, as anti-virus software tends to flag any cryptocurrency software incorrectly.
If you have a test wallet from twallet.xrhodium.org, you can restore your wallet in Electrum-BTR with either the "Restore From Web Wallet" feature or from the "Standard" setup flow.
You can get testnet coins from https://tfaucet.xrhodium.org:9020.
It is important to verify builds using the signature and checksums provided of all software downloaded. The guide from the the Tor project is a useful explanation on how to use GPG and checksums in general for verification: Guide to PGP and checksum verification.
